CURRICULUM VITAE & BIOGRAPHY

CONSULTANT, EXPERT WITNESS & ACCREDITED 1031 TIC INVESTOR: Mr. Winet provides consulting, expert witness & accredited investor services for clients in the Self Storage, Live-Work (Lofts) & Tenant In Common 1031 exchange real estate industries with experience in LPs, LLCs & HOAs (Davis Sterling Act). Mr. Winet syndicated Public Storage Inc. in 1972. He joined with other owner/operators of Self Storage Facilities, to cosponsor the California, Self Service Storage Facilities Act & Lien Law {1981}. He participated in negotiating and drafting the law (Business & Professions Code, Division 8, Chapter 10, Sections 21700-21716), which was presented by Hon. William H. Lockyer, California's prior Attorney General.

Mr. Winet is the owner and non exclusive licensor of Added Value® Self Storage and Business Centers. Mr. Winet was a founder and served on the Regional Board of Directors of the Self Storage Association, Western Region 2. Mr. Winet served as Western National Director for the Self Storage Trade Association. As Chairman of the Annual National Trade Show & Convention, held in Anaheim, California, he created new income for SSA trade shows and increased exposure for SSA vendors with "Public Access Day", used by the SSA in today's trade shows.

Numerous articles have been published regarding Mr. Winet's operations and his business philosophy in the following trade Journals; Mini-Storage Messenger, & Trials Digest (Risk Management, 4-2-98).
